Michael Solomonov's 5-Minute Hummus

                                                   This recipe does not list as his cookbook does that you should boil the chickpeas with 2 teaspoons of                                                    baking soda for 20 minutes. Drain, rinse, and then follow instructions. This makes the hummus                                                            velvety smooth.
